Homes range from the $200’s to over $1 million and the range of building design can be just as expansive. Much of Lochmere was built in the mid and late 1980’s with newer sections coming up in the early and mid 90’s. An array of builders have contributed to these well built homes and excellent craftsmanship can be seen everywhere. Many of the older home-sites offer large lots as compared with newer construction. It is not uncommon to see close to 0.5 acres or more on some of the homes built in the 1980’s.
